As finance leaders prepare for the year-end close, they are likely to encounter the challenge of projecting revenue for the coming year while determining if they have the people with the skills and resources necessary to fulfill their companies' performance goals.
Instead of attempting to respond to the challenge by themselves, finance leaders can seek the expertise of their colleagues, including those in human resources, operations, and sales, to decide whether they require more people, or a more efficient approach to workforce planning, to meet their revenue targets.
During this Webcast, we will discuss:
- What workforce planning is,
- How finance executives can improve their visibility into their companies' operational requirements and the resources they need to fulfill them,
- What types of performance indicators finance leaders ought to focus on when setting revenue and profitability targets for the coming year, and
- Best practices for collaborating with colleagues outside finance to ensure your company has a sustainable approach to workforce planning that supports your company's revenue goals.
