There is little dispute that the role of today’s CFO is about going beyond the numbers. However, when it comes to Business Spend Management there is no substitute for hard numbers to ensure operational excellence. Streamlining the spend management process drives increased visibility, reduces costs, and ensures compliance.
During this webcast, we’ll review results and recommendations from Coupa’s 2018 Business Spend Management Benchmark Report. You’ll walk away with current best practices to carry your Finance team through 2018, and beyond. Todd Ford, Chief Financial Officer at Coupa, will discuss how forward-looking CFOs optimize Business Spend Management and what KPIs should be used to benchmark and improve performance in four key areas, including:
- Savings (bottom-line impact that sourcing and procurement efforts deliver)
- Efficiency (strength of processes across procurement, invoicing, and expense management)
- Digitization (success in digitizing business relationships with suppliers)
- Compliance (effectiveness in driving compliance through spend management)
