About the Panelists

Todd FordTodd Ford, Chief Financial Officer, Coupa

Todd is the CFO of Coupa, and oversees the company’s financial operations. Prior to Coupa, Todd served as CFO of MobileIron, where he led the company through a successful IPO in 2014, and was responsible for financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury activities, and investor relations. Todd was a Founding General Partner at Broken Arrow Venture Capital, where he invested in early-stage companies. He also previously served as CFO and President of Rackable Systems Inc. (now Silicon Graphics International Corp) where he led the start-up from $20 million in revenues to more than $350 million in revenues as a publicly traded company.

Todd has also held various management and financial positions with several technology companies including Raster Graphics and Cadence Design Systems. He began his career with Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young. Todd currently sits on the Board of Directors for Performant Financial Corporation. Todd earned a B.S. in Accounting from Santa Clara University.

Mark DotingaMark Dotinga, Chief Financial Officer, Lagunitas Brewing Company

Mark is the Chief Financial Officer of Lagunitas Brewing Company, purveyor of the #1 IPA in the USA.

Prior to Lagunitas, Mark was Finance Director of Brasseries de Bourbon, a HEINEKEN brewery and Coke bottling company located in La Reunion (France). Here, he further professionalized the accounting, controlling and IT departments. With a “keep it simple” behavior and a collaborative approach, he structured the revenue management process, with specific focus on trade terms optimization and promotional effectiveness, embedded the Process & Continuous Improvement function and contributed significantly in the strategic approach to create sustainable business growth.

In 2011, he was a Business Controller for HEINEKEN Western Europe Region, working directly with the Finance teams in Portugal, Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium and Export. At the same time, Mark joined the Management Development program of HEINEKEN in 2012 and 2013 and completed his Executive MSc in Finance & Control.

Mark joined HEINEKEN in Amsterdam in 2008 as analyst in Group Business Development where he participated in the preparation and execution of global acquisitions including, amongst others, Femsa and Ethiopia.

Prior to HEINEKEN, Mark worked for 3 years at Lehman Brothers in London in the Consumer M&A team.

Mark has spent his youth in various countries such as UK, Brunei, Egypt and The Netherlands. He completed his master’s degree in Economics at the University of Groningen. Mark is married and proud father of 2 children.

Chris SawchukChristopher Sawchuk, Principal, Global Procurement Advisory Practice Leader, The Hackett Group

Christopher has more than 13 years of experience in supply management, working directly with Fortune 500 and midsize firms around the globe. He has worked in a variety of industries to improve all aspects of procurement, including process redesign, technology enablement, operations strategy planning, organizational change, and strategic sourcing.
